Our client is specialist membership organisation and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. You’ll devise and deliver a range of marketing plans and activities designed to target key sectors and markets with the aim of driving existing members/new members to utilise their products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with both the digital agency and internal marketing team you will enhance brand awareness, drive usage and revenue through paid media, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Design and optimise user journeys, utilising marketing automation tools to improve user experience, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Oversee and update website content and messaging to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure maximum visibility for products and services at both regional and national events.
  • Create marketing activity plans for all products and services.
  • Work closely with the design team to fulfil any creative requirements.
  • Write and produce engaging content for various platforms, including email, social media, and more.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying key takeaways and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Collaborate with the research team to analyse usage patterns of sub-brands and identify opportunities to strengthen their value proposition.
  • Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts.
