One of the largest full service law firms in the world is looking for an established and assured Marketing Manager to provide support to their Real Estate practice, dealing with some of the world's top businesses and working alongside some of the world's leading lawyers.

Based in either Birmingham or Manchester, this opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive environment. The firm value creativity and those with an ability to prioritise and deliver high quality outputs in all they do internally and externally and are seeking a highly professional and energetic marketing professional for this fast-paced and varied role. You will be joining a team that is widely recognised as challenging the paradigm of traditional law firm marketing and will be expected to embrace technology and cutting-edge approaches to drive connectivity with the firm’s client base. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager and the partnership to drive forward and develop the marketing for the practice and will support growth through execution of the marketing and communications plan in order to enhance the firm’s profile and win mandates for their real estate lawyers. The Marketing Manager’s main duties will include the development, implementation and delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives using the full range of routes to market, developing best in class, sector-based sales collateral and managing events with a global focus. In addition, the role holder will help identify business leads and emerging opportunities through use of industry memberships, market research and analysis and will provide support to key partners and stakeholders in their client targeting and business development initiatives.

Professional, proactive and enthusiastic, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a marketing role gained within an international professional services or property firm and a successful track record of delivering or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to include strategic events, creation and activation of thought leadership, marketing communications and business development activities. A commercial attitude, ability to develop relationships and capacity to use influencing skills to gain credibility across all levels within the firm are also essential qualities for success in this Marketing Manager role.
