Marketing Automation Manager - HubSpot

Manchester - 1 day per week in the office

£45,000 - £50,000

A leading B2B SaaS business are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their growing Marketing function in Manchester. You will report into the Head of Growth and will be responsible for taking ownership of Marketing Automation activities (Workflows, Campaign Tracking, Email Marketing) through HubSpot and will work alongside the Growth team for lead generation and ABM.

The company have grown rapidly over recent years and have some exciting growth plans over H2, so you will be joining at a great time and will learn from a great team.

Responsibilities

·Be responsible for implementing and managing the companies MarTech stack

·Take ownership of Marketing Automation on HubSpot. Plan the delivery and execution of Marketing Automation activities to support the Sales team and lead gen

·Work alongside with the Growth Marketing Manager to support the marketing team on campaign execution across all marketing initiatives including lead, demand gen

·Manage analytics and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and pipeline health, ensuring alignment across the revenue function

·Support the wider marketing team with technical elements of campaign set up where required and ensure all results are tracked and monitored

Experience

·Marketing Automation/ operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment

·Strong experience with HubSpot

·Passion for Marketing & Data

·Strong communicator, happy to deal with senior stakeholders

· A self-starter looking to build out their own function and build a strong and scalable marketing ops foundations
