We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee my clients nationwide fund raising operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, a proven track record in managing large sales teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 +field sales representatives across multiple regions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development programs to enhance sales team capabilities.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture, ensuring motivation and accountability.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and pricing agreements with major accounts.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Manage sales budgets, resources, and incentive programs effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large field sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in face-to-face fundraising or the charity sector preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel extensively across regions as required.
