Our client is a market leading pharmaceutical organisation specialising in Respiratory products. They’re seeking a Omnichannel Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract. A part of this role, you will be responsible for taking lead on the creation, development, and ongoing optimisation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, supporting the overall Respiratory Portfolio strategy and accelerating the creation of engaging content and experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.
This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days at their head office based in the North West.

Ideal Requirements for a Omnichannel Manager
- Previous marketing and/or omnichannel experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Will consider specific experience within the healthcare industry such as OTC, supplements, and vitamins.
- Veeva document review experience or similar content approval systems.
Role Responsibilities for a Omnichannel Manager
- Contribute to the execution of the Respiratory Portfolio strategy, along with members of the customer strategy marketing team and the wider cross functional team.
- Forecast media, media spend, and set relevant KPIs for omnichannel campaigns in agreement with customer strategy team.
