Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end delivery of large Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll workstreams.
- Leading client facing meetings and workshops.
- Guide offshore teams to design, configure and test a process area to successful deployment for a client.
- Support in business development and sales initiatives.
- Lead practice growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track-record of delivering multiple large, complex Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll programmes.
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll.
- Strong consulting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
