A Partner Development Manager is required to join a forward-thinking, award-winning professional services company that specialises in delivering exceptional outcomes for some of the world's leading IT brands. This is a field-based role covering the UK so the person can be remote (work from home), ideally suited to someone with a passion for developing new business relationships in the IT channel space.

This full-time role is initially offered as a six-month contract, with the potential to become permanent. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of IT reseller partners on behalf of one of the company's largest clients - a globally recognised IT brand.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and be driven by delivering strategic growth across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of IT reseller partners across the UK
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and sales teams within partner organisations
  • Support all areas of partner engagement, education, and enablement
  • Create and implement strategic growth plans to help drive sales performance
  • Identify opportunities to deliver on key client objectives, with a focus on mutual, profitable growth
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, with regular forecasting and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery of high-impact sales and marketing programmes

Desirable Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT channel sales or account management
  • Proven track record in developing new relationships with IT resellers
  • Resilient, tenacious and highly motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
