Job Description:

In this role you will be focussed on identifying and developing strategic partnerships to drive direct sales and grow the customer database. Your primary responsibility will be to hunt for new opportunities, negotiate partnerships and establish relationships that align with the company’s goals.

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales
  • Develop and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that support cross-marketing and sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to maximise the potential of joint ventures
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of agreed partnerships
  • Attend meetings to understand business targets and collaborate with senior managers on strategic alignment
  • Once partnerships are finalised, collaborate with the internal marketing team for seamless campaign execution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and potential growth areas

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in business development and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing impactful partnerships.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value partners across various sectors.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how partnerships drive sales.
  • Knowledge of the luxury travel or hospitality sector
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with partners and senior stakeholders
