Partnerships & Sales ManagerPay £60k plus OTE £90K

Monday to Friday (between 9am to 6pm) WFH 2 days

The Role

We're looking for a driven Partnerships & Sales Manager to spearhead our clients employer-focused sales efforts. This person will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both employers and their employees.

You'll play a pivotal role in bringing our client to businesses, positioning it as an essential employee benefit that enhances financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and target employers and HR decision-makers to introduce the client as a valuable employee benefit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential clients, ensuring steady business growth.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead sales conversations, present our clients value proposition, and close deals with employers.
  • Partnership Growth: Work closely with employers to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing engagement.
  • Client Support & Onboarding: Help employers integrate our client into their benefits package, ensuring a smooth employee onboarding process to maximise adoption.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, employee benefits, and financial wellbeing solutions.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in B2B Sales & Partnerships: You've successfully sold or implemented employee benefits, financial wellbeing solutions, or similar services to employers.
  • Proven Track Record: You've built and closed pipelines, securing partnerships with HR teams and decision-makers.
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Solution-Oriented: You can tailor your approach to different business needs.
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive, comfortable working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in fintech, employee benefits, HR tech, or telecoms is a plus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of financial wellbeing products or credit-building tools.
