Our client are looking for someone who can support the sales strategy and work with external customers, contractors etc. Our client is requiring someone who has previous experience of selling cavity barriers and facades in order to be eligible for this opportunity.Responsibilities • Responsible for the management of Architects, contractors, distributors within the London region. • Seeking an developing new opportunities for system solutions.• Create demand via specification for product portfolio.• Become a trusted advisor with each targeted customer. • Manage and grow a sales target list.• Create and maintain a project pipeline and forecast- ensuring this is up to date monthly.• Spend at least 4 days on the road in front of customers.• Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of market and sectors. • Develop close relationships with customers and understanding their wants and needs.• Support distributors.• Work closely with various other departments- technical services, customer services & marketing. • Submit sales reports and admin tasks.• Maintain and update a target customer portfolio.• Prospect new leads.• Encourage and support promotional events to increase business opportunities. • Deliver training presentations to user groups.• Attend events and exhibitions.The Person• Experience of selling cavity barriers and facades.• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to challenge and influence positively.• Ability to present to customers and colleagues and proven track record of doing this.• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels- both written and verbal.• Happy to travel around the North England region for travel.• Logical approach to planning• Ability to cope well under pressure and work to deadlines.• Pro-active and results orientated. • Self-motivates and have a can do' attitude.
