Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will drive new business growth and manage key client relationships across the North of England. This role is focused on consultative selling, delivering tailored storage solutions to businesses while maximizing profitability and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through structured territory mapping and prospecting.
    • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager on joint and independent client visits.
    • Develop and implement winning customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth.
    • Conduct presentations, site surveys, and high-level negotiations to close major deals.
    • Maximise revenue opportunities in all customer interactions.
    • Build extensive product knowledge to become a trusted expert in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales within the Storage or Warehousing industry.
    • Strong ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ambitious to earn six figures.
    • Ideally A-Level or graduate-level education (not essential).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
