Just as Dyson revolutionised home cleaning, we are reshaping commercial cooking with patented British technology that promises unparalleled efficiency and quality.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary, with uncapped earning potential. As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on persuading potential clients to schedule demonstrations of our award winning Grill. With an impressive 90% conversion rate from demonstrations to sales, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to capitalize on a revolutionary product in a burgeoning market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients within the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and pubs.

• Educate potential customers about the benefits and features of the Grill, emphasizing its unique fat-atomising technology and superior cooking results.

• Schedule and conduct compelling demonstrations of the Grill, showcasing its capabilities and performance firsthand.

• Follow up with clients after demonstrations to answer any questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants with prior experience selling to hotels, restaurants, and caterers will be given significant priority.

• We welcome candidates with a strong sales aptitude and a tenacious, resultsdriven mindset. Experience in the cooking, culinary, or hospitality industry is beneficial but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product value.

• Self-motivated and resilient, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, target-driven environment.

Package

• Basic salary : £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE - £70,000)

• Uncapped Comission (Selling 30 grills would result in £9000 in comission)
