Package: £60,000 - £80,000 plus commission, car allowance, mileage, mobile phone, laptop, healthcare, life assurance, private pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving business growth in the industrial water treatment sector? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the UK. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building key customer relationships, and delivering innovative wastewater and water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Provide senior management with insights and strategies to exceed financial objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, addressing contractual matters and after-sales support.
  • Lead sales negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Work closely with Technical, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support marketing programs, including industry seminars, trade shows, and technology promotion.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and regional operations documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within industrial water treatment solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Technical expertise in water treatment solutions such as Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, and Filtration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer relationship development skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and at short notice.
