Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage client portfolios worth up to £3,000 annually.
  • Handle 40-60 renewals per month with a focus on achieving a 95% retention rate.
  • Identify and promote opportunities to upsell additional services, with a target of £10k new business per quarter.
  • Build strong relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
