One of the most reputable and fastest growing Invoice Finance lenders in the UK market is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Manchester division. This is an exciting opportunity for an established RM to build out the patch and develop the brand further across the region as well as developing and improving new and existing business relationships. What you'll be doing: 
  • Manage a large portfolio of clients, plus smaller clients to be managed day to day by the Client Executive.
  • Have a good relationship and thorough understanding of the businesses within your portfolio.
  • Sanctioning of overpayments, credit limits and high involvement requests.
  • Sanctioning bi-monthly verifications carried out by CE on all choccs and confidential accounts in line with the schedule.
  • Overview of full-service verifications and liaise with credit controllers and client regarding any concerns.
  • Reviewing YTD stats highlighted by CE on monthly basis.
  • Ensuring that second verifications has been performed.
  • Client take-on meetings / reviews and visits.
  • Overview of management accounts and bank statements on a monthly. basis – liaise with clients over HMRC arrears and TTP.
  • Ongoing training to ensure correct levels of knowledge and development within the team.
  • Identify and review any onerous conditions within the debtors T&C’s to minimize risk.
  • Liaise with solicitors regarding accounts passed to legal recoveries.
 What I'm looking for, from you: 
  • Previously worked in the Invoice Finance/factoring sector.
  • Previous success in the role of Relationship Manager or similar.
  • Customer centric and able to provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining acceptable risk levels.
  • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing workloads with good time management skills.
  • Willing to adopt and demonstrate values of accessibility, Innovation, Relationships and Accountability
  • Full driving license
