What You'll Do:

As a Relationship Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated portfolio of approximately 100 clients, focusing on strong client relationships and account growth. You'll manage these accounts through virtual meetings, presentations, and occasional on-site events, delivering top-notch service while identifying new revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of 100 EAP and OH clients across the UK.
  • Meeting retention and premium renewal targets.
  • Leading new client implementation projects, embedding our offerings into key corporate accounts.
  • Supporting tender and bid exercises as a representative of relationship management.
  • Negotiating renewal terms with clients, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Identifying upsells opportunities, aiming for £10,000 in new business per quarter.
  • Generating 3 new business wins per quarter.
  • Keeping detailed client records in our CRM and flagging at-risk clients and growth opportunities.
