Salary: £25-30k DOE + £15k performance related bonus

Location: Manchester City Centre - onsite

What you'll do:

As an Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring their understanding of our services while identifying further revenue opportunities. You will negotiate renewal terms, maintain accurate client records, and work towards internal KPI measures. Your role will also involve delivering consultancy services regarding product options such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). You will be expected to achieve self-generated new business client wins per quarter and provide weekly renewal and activity updates.

* Manage a portfolio of around 100 clients, developing and nurturing your accounts.

* Identify further revenue opportunities through effective communication.

* Negotiate renewal terms with intermediary and direct clients.

* Maintain accurate client CRM records.

* Work towards internal KPI measures.

* Deliver consultancy services regarding product options such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).

* Achieve self-generated new business client wins per quarter.

* Provide weekly renewal and activity updates.
