Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent relationship manager role for an exciting and successful business. Their head office is in Manchester but travel around the UK is essential. They are a specialist business with a lot of opportunities to develop and grow. Your new roleYou will be responsible for supporting and driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities within their industry, including conducting market research, and will then be developing and managing these partnerships. You will be building long-term relationships with customers, and be able to articulate the benefits of working with you and helping enhance the brand. You will also be working and interacting with customers at all levels, and adapting the way you work accordingly.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working in a similar role where you have to build and manage relationships, such as a relationship manager or account manager, will help you succeed in this role. You're able to work for a small business where you are encouraged to come up with new ideas and have complete autonomy over your clients. You're innovative, creative and can adapt well to different environments. You're a confident and robust individual who is hard-working and can work off your own initiative.
