SaaS Marketing ManagerLocation: Manchester, UK (3 days per week in the office) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Role Overview:One of our best software clients are looking for a data-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to help drive 20% annual revenue growth, improve home renewal rates to 80%, and increase website conversions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and launch an affiliate marketing program to boost traffic and revenue. This role offers flexibility with up to two remote working days per week. Key Responsibilities:Develop strategies to achieve 20% revenue growth and increase home renewal rates to 80%. Analyse underperforming pages and collaborate with teams to enhance UX/UI and conversions. Implement A/B testing, SEO, and other tactics to boost performance. Partner with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive traffic via digital initiatives. Work with the Content Marketing Manager to optimize content for better performance. Ensure alignment with Product, Design, and Development teams. Affiliate Marketing: Set up and manage an affiliate program to drive incremental revenue. Maintain relationships with affiliate partners for consistent performance. Use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and customer behaviour. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Skills & Experience:Required: Proven track record in eCommerce growth and improving retention. Expertise in A/B testing, SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing. Strong data analysis skills with Google Analytics. Solid project management and cross-team collaboration abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Desirable: Experience in tech/software industries or subscription-based models. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or UX design principles.
