We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client's team in the heart of the city. As one of Manchester's leading property companies, our client has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and is looking for a dynamic individual to support their Sales and Marketing Director. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly reports on sales, enquiries, progress on targets, and other reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Set up new developments on Salesforce and prepare development-specific documentation for launches.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and Development Sales Manager on database lists.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce across all live developments, acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from the team.
  • Assist with the preparation, marketing, and delivery of webinars.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations as required and attend sales/agent/development events.
  • Complete reviews of department manuals to ensure all processes are documented and up to date.
  • Assist with the preparation for development/tower completions, including metre readings, documentation distribution, valuations, and gifts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and reprioritize when required to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using Salesforce (desirable but not essential).
