Sales and Marketing manager - Required for this luxury hotel group. You will be maintaining and building relationships with mainly luxury tour operators in the midlands and North. Training staff, organising  fam trips, agreeing commercial terms, organisation and running joint marketing campaigns. Salary up to 48k, experience wise sales marketing experience ideally with hotels, cruise but they open to other areas of travel. Sales and marketing managers duties-Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue across the UK and Ireland, focusing on specialist luxury tour operators-Build and Strengthen relationships with existing and new partners-Lead account management activities ensuring regular engagement with key accounts-Represent the group at industry events-Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns -Develop and oversee B2B communication strategies including newsletters, PR initiatives, and seasonal promotions-Analyse sales performance metrics-Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activitySales and marketing managers skills required- Strong background in sales and marketing with the luxury hospitality industry, cruise industry or another travel field-Proven expertise in working with luxury specialist tour operations-Proven experience of representing a luxury travel brand-Advanced presentation skills-Negotiating and relationship management experience-Strong analytical mind setAdditional information-Ideally based in the Midlands or Northern England-Mainly homebased with a couple of days a week out and about meeting clients, attending train shows, organising and taking fam trips etc-Benefits including 25 days holidays, pension, discounted accommodation and expense card.If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59706
