This role will be responsible for helping build up new business by identifying opportunities and maintaining relationships with current hirers and build new revenue through existing bookings.

You will be working for an exciting business with a great culture and the opportunity to earn some great commission.What you will be doing as a Sales Executive?

  • You must be able to search for new business through pro active marketing and outreach
  • To achieve a sales target monthly/quarterly/yearly target
  • As well as also being responsible for achieving any other targets relating to other areas of the business as and when required
  • To maintain accurate and secure records of hirers personal details, and to ensure prompt and accurate collection of their fees at the time of booking
  • To effectively deal with any hirer enquiries and to ensure high standards of member administration and customer service are always maintained
  • To take ownership for hirer questions/concerns and ensure you follow up with hirers, whilst exceeding hirer expectations at every opportunity
  • Be accountable for opening sales targets for an assigned venue and achieving an individual sales target monthly/quarterly/yearly.
  • Contribute the highest sales performance level, generating new leads, opportunities through social media campaigns, FB, Web Scrapes and PPC and any other means of activities to drive new enquiries.
  • Ensure that all targets, forecasts, and goals set for activity levels in each area are reached to achieve the required opening target.
  • Support and work with marketing strategies, KPIs and initiatives throughout the process; whilst liaising with all other departments (Operations team and Contact Centre) to integrate the selling process with the hirer/partner
  • Pro-active outreach, networking and generating new National Partners focussing on what is required per venue. This will include, tuition groups, sporting activities, choir and church groups and anything else deemed appropriate within our venues.
  • Monitor and track all personal sales results and activity levels on a regular daily basis, using the correct procedure and systems.
  • Be accountable for the correct completion of all bookings and liaise closely with all areas of administration to ensure procedures are adhered to.
  • Always sell with integrity that is right for the hirer and within our terms and conditions
  • Be responsible for your personal time management that in turn ensures that the sales team is always manned at the correct levels. Weekend work and late hours may be required to perform to the required standards and to achieve an above budget performance for the number of a Venue

What you need to have in the role of Sales Executive?

  • Previous experience in a similar role of Sales Executive or Contact Centre or Telesales
  • Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and someone who is approachable, is vital that you have a genuine interest in wanting to help people and engaged to fulfil their individual needs
  • Great time management skills and with a self-starter attitude
  • A pro-active attitude and an understanding of the required activity levels needed to exceed sales targets

What you will LOVE about the role of Sales Executive?

  • Salary up GBP25000 plus commission taking your OTE to GBP23000
  • Working hours 10-6 or 11-7 Monday -Friday
