Our client is a communications and payments tool designed for sports clubs. Founded nearly a decade ago, it helps clubs engage their members and supporters more effectively and drive revenue through membership and merchandise sales. The platform includes consumer-facing mobile applications and a web-based admin interface that saves club volunteers thousands of hours. Over the last few years the company has seen massive growth and now the team are looking to expand for the first time into the Greater Manchester region.

This role will sit within a brand new team based in Manchester. This is a fully remote role and will be directly reporting into the CEO. This role is perfect for a professional in sales with a passion and background in sports or grassroots clubs.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales.
  • Engage with leads and customers over the phone and on Zoom.

Requirements….

  • Previous experience within a B2B sales role - preferably from a Saas or Tech background
  • Experience or passion for grassroots sports clubs
  • Proven skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
