As a Sales Manager for Northern UK, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's market presence within the region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth within various sectors, including commercial, retail, transport, and local authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Northern UK.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, including property developers, facility managers, and local councils.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
- Provide technical and commercial expertise to clients, ensuring tailored parking solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with the UK Sales Director and marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the parking, technology, transport, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value proposition effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Northern UK region.
