We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join a large established flexible office industry client. You will be responsible for new business targeting large businesses across the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Business Development
- Account management
- Contract negotiation
- Performance tracking
- Represent the company at industry events
- Support the senior management team
- Meet sales targets
- Maintain client retention
Person spec:
- 5+ years experience in Sales within commercial real estate or flexible office space
- Excellent Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience of exceeding sales targets
