We have partnered with a specialist contractor accountancy practice that is seeking a high-calibre Sales and Business Development Manager to drive its growth and elevate its sales function. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner, take ownership of lead generation and conversion, and play a pivotal role in expanding the client base.


The Role:
This is a key hire for the business, designed for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the accountancy sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at attracting and winning new business within the accounting space, and ideally have experience in building and managing channel partnerships.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the accountancy sector.

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Collaborating closely with the business owner to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Driving revenue growth while maintaining the company's impressive 90% conversion rate.


About You:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in selling services to accountancy practices or within a contractor-focused accountancy firm.

  • A strong track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
