Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead from the front of their Lead Generation team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving growth, and ensuring the highest service delivery standards to their clients. Dialler experience is essential for this position.

You will be working with an award-winning FCA advisory firm who are currently going through a highly exciting growth period where responsibilities would include assisting the company grow in every aspect. £50,000 (DOE) + OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve sales processes and compliance continuously.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
  • Identify training needs and organize relevant sales training programs for team members.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Drive innovation in sales techniques and processes to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a FCA-regulated arena.
  • In-depth knowledge of Advisory processes from lead Gen to Sales closure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
