Sales Team Leader - Manchester - £40,000 OTE £55,000 - Monday to Friday hours

We are on the look out for an experienced Sales Team Leader for our leading tech business based in Manchester area! Are you looking for a Sales Team Leader where you will lead a team of Account Managers who cross sell additional services into existing clients? If so, this is the Sales Team Leader role for you!

The package for Sales Team Leader:

  • A basic salary of up to £40,000
  • An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £55,000

The role of Sales Team Leader:

  • Leading a team of Sales Account Managers approx. 8 FTE
  • Coach and performance management of the team
  • Performing 1-2-1’s and regular staff performance reviews
  • Ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded and nurturing long term relationships
  • Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend
  • Post sales support for clients once they onboarded
  • Ensuring client retention and accurate forecasting of client spend

What we're after for the Regional Account Manager:

  • 2 years experience in a Sales Team Leader position
  • A people person who can win the hearts and minds of the sales team
  • Somebody who is techsavvy , ideally with an IT or tech related background either professionally or educationally
