As a leading player in their industry, they pride themselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Team Manager to join their team and drive the sales team to new heights.As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the business. You will be responsible for leading a team of 12 sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed their targets. Your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring consistency in sales processes, and empowering individuals to achieve overall team success.Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Manager:* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 12 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.* Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and development plans to enhance individual performance.* Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.* Ensure consistency in sales processes, policies, and procedures within the department.* Foster a positive and competitive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.* Analysing sales data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.Qualifications and Experience of a Sales Team Manager:* Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably within a call centre telesales environment.* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a record of developing high-performing teams.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive performance improvements.* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.If you are a people focused leader with a passion for sales and experience of managing successful teams, we want to hear from you.
