We are excited to support our client in South Manchester in the recruitment of a Sales Team Manager. This is a night role as the business work with global customers, we're looking for a motivational leader with experience managing a contact centre sales team.
This role is based on site in South Manchester working 3 nights on and 3 nights off.
Duties of the Sales Team Manager -
- Evaluate performance throughout the shift and current period to identify improvements and develop/deliver plans to achieve all objectives and KPI's
- Support personal development planning
- Inspire teams with creative engagement and effective use of leadership tools to influence performance and create a high energy and motivated work environment
- Individual coaching sessions for the team
- Identify and address barriers to success with individuals and the collective team
- Effective management of competencies for both self and the team
- Deliver a fantastic customer experience through all interactions from self and the team
Experience for the Sales Team Manager -
- Previous experience in leading a contact centre sales team
- Experience delivering against sales metrics
- Ability to influence and inspire your team
- Experience of different sales and coaching methodology
- Proven track record of analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent time and task management
