Role:Sales Team Manager
Location:On-site - Central Manchester
Salary:£40,000 negotiable + Bonus (OTE £60k)
Hours:37.5 hours a week - Between 8.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the business and lead a team of 10 sales executives. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a continously expanding business and drive the sales, whilst developing and expanding the team.
The role will involve:
- Running an inbound B2B sales team of 10 agents
- Warm leads through website/calls
- Managing the team
- Motivating the team
- Call listening/on the job L&D.
- Driving targets
- Behaviour management
- Discipling where required,
- Looking at data, wont be doing the sales themselves or will be very minimal.
- Future recruitment
What they are looking for:
- Doesnt necessarily need an energy background but is helpful.
- Experience of running a sales team of similar size
- Someone who is mature and doesnt get involved with the team too much
- Confident leader/motivational
- High Energy
