Location: On-site - Central Manchester

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £60k)

Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Between 8.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the business and lead a team of 10 sales executives. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a continously expanding business and drive the sales, whilst developing and expanding the team.

The role will involve:

  • Running an inbound B2B sales team of 10 agents
  • Warm leads through website/calls
  • Managing the team
  • Motivating the team
  • Call listening/on the job L&D.
  • Driving targets
  • Behaviour management
  • Discipling where required,
  • Looking at data, won’t be doing the sales themselves or will be very minimal.
  • Future recruitment

  • Doesn’t necessarily need an energy background but is helpful.
  • Experience of running a sales team of similar size
  • Someone who is mature and doesn’t get involved with the team too much
  • Confident leader/motivational
