Sales Team Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Lead Generators in the telecoms sector. You’ll be responsible for driving results, improving team performance, and fostering an engaging and positive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact by managing, coaching, and inspiring your team to reach and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Lead Generators (10-12), providing clear direction, support, and guidance.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and drive KPIs, ensuring high levels of performance and consistency in lead generation (they provide leads to BDMs to close)

  • 1:1 Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to provide tailored coaching, feedback, and career development support to team members.

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, motivating team culture, ensuring high levels of morale, motivation, and satisfaction.

  • Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring you attract top talent, and implement strategies to retain key team members.

  • Performance Improvement: Identify underperformance and put strategies in place to help team members improve.

  • Reporting: Track and analyse team performance data, and report regularly to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales management, iit is essential you have managed an outbound sales function

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.

  • Demonstrable experience in driving KPIs and improving team performance.
