It's an exciting Senior Brand Partnerships & BD Manager role for a leisure business in Manchester City Centre.

They work hybrid (2+ days in office), will pay £45k-£55k and they need a strong customer facing candidate to help onboard and manage quality affiliate hero brands to increase revenue.

The role:

  • Working with the Director of Membership and the business founder, this is a great opportunity to shape the partnerships strategy and ensure its efficient delivery provides growth of the brand portfolio, offer inventory and increases revenue.
  • Leading the Business Development programme to convert inbound leads and identify outbound leads to develop long term commercial relationships with partners.
  • Leading the B2B marketing strategy with a focus on growing the awareness and profile of the brand.
  • Growing the Brand Partnerships & Business Development team, ensuring their skills and capabilities develop to enhance the operations and scale of return for commercial growth

The Candidate:

  • Knowledge of the major affiliate networks e.g. Impact, Awin, Tradedoubler, Rakuten etc.
  • Experience of/network in the FMCG/Hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting methods and visualisations
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and innovation in the affiliate market & industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels with a B2B focus e.g. email, social media, paid media etc. and how they can be utilised to drive performance
