We are searching for an exceptional Senior Business Director EMEAI for a leadings Chemical business in the North-west. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background within the chemical or related sector providing to a number of market segments.

Description

  • Develop and implement the business strategy for the chemcials business in the EMEAI region to achieve above-market growth.
  • Drive revenue growth, optimize spend, and ensure continued profitable growth of the business unit.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the EMEAI team, fostering open communication, teamwork, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure execution of business strategy and ongoing business activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with industry experts and customers, supporting the commercial team in identifying new opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement and organizational DE&I efforts

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in science, business, or related disciplines.
  • Proven broad cross-functional experience in business management, strategic marketing, sales management, and/or product management in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated people management experience including successful employee management and development experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building positive relationships across multiple functions and geographic regions.
  • Experienced in negotiating with senior-level commercial and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience in leading organizational change with a track record of driving sustainable business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Ambitious to seize opportunity, challenge the status quo, and drive to win.
  • Executive communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence, motivate, and make decisions.
  • Intercultural awareness to operate in a cross-border environment - within region and outside of region.
