Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. This is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution:Lead the creation, implementation, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and print).
- Content Strategy:Develop and oversee the production of engaging and high-quality content across all platforms, ensuring consistency with the brands voice.
- SEO & Analytics:Optimize website performance through SEO strategies and monitor digital analytics to track success, identify trends, and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Social Media Management:Manage the social media strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Brand Management:Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and creative storytelling.
- Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Market Research:Conduct research into market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and keep the company ahead of the curve.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other marketing tools to drive insights and improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Degree level or equivalent in a related field
