Senior Marketing Manager (ATL) (12m FTC) - £50k - Hybrid - Consumer Brand

We are seeking a strategic Marketer with a strong background in Media and Brand strategy. You will join an iconic brand with a highly-regarded Marketing team and be responsible for a multi-million-pound media spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of an ATL Media Strategy (Sponsorships, TV, VOD, Radio)
  • Manage small team across Media, PR & Social, overseeing channel activity and direction aligns with wider brand guidelines
  • Manage Media & Creative approval process with key stakeholders
  • Oversee PR & Social strategy, approve press releases and relevant activity
  • Manage department budget and ensure appropriate allocation across the financial year
  • Lead on relationships with Media & Creative agency partners
  • Ensure your department activity aligns with wider Marketing teams efforts
  • Review campaign performance and introduce areas of improvement where necessary
  • Continuously explore new market trends and approaches

Requirements:

  • Previous experience devising Media & Brand strategies preferably for large brands
  • Accustomed to managing agency relationships
  • Prior experience line managing a team
  • Understanding of Digital channels is preferred
  • Confident communicator with ability to work with wider Marketing team and other key stakeholders working with wider Marketing team
