Forward Role are seeking an ambitious and analytical SEO Manager who's ready for a challenge and eager to make a tangible impact in the world of organic search, in a fantastic working environment and enviable culture.

Role Overview

As the SEO Manager, you will:

  • Own, plan, and execute scalable SEO strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless strategy delivery.
  • Monitor search rankings and adjust strategies as needed to maintain and improve our organic visibility.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by staying ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging SEO technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on traffic and revenue growth.
  • Build processes for tracking, analysing, and refining SEO performance, adapting as necessary to stay competitive.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of SEO trends to ensure continual optimisation and testing.

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with agency partners and copywriters to deliver cohesive on-page and off-page strategies.
  • Support off-page SEO by managing backlink profiles and digital PR strategies alongside of the agency.
  • Collaborate with internal development, content, and creative teams, aligning SEO initiatives with the wider marketing strategy and brand identity.
  • Partner with the in-house CRO team to refine landing pages and optimise the customer journey.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of comprehensive SEO experience, with expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Proven track record of enhancing organic visibility and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfortable interpreting data and using insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, AHRefs, Sistrix, Accuranker) and advanced understanding of keyword research and analysis.
