The Role:
As a Trainee Sales Manager, youll be at the forefront of Envisions sales initiatives, working directly with customers at events to generate excitement and drive sales. This role offers comprehensive training across all departments, with a focus on mastering sales strategies and team leadership. Over an 8-12 month period, youll progress from hands-on sales to a management role, with clear goals and uncapped commission potential along the way. If youre motivated, target-driven, and excited about the prospect of a career in sales management, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at events, promoting products and services to drive sales
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing directly to the success of each event
  • Develop and refine sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and effective closing methods
  • Rotate through various departments, including logistics, client relations, and marketing, to build a well-rounded skill set
  • Support senior managers in setting sales goals, training new team members, and refining sales processes
  • Prepare to take on leadership responsibilities, including motivating and guiding a team to success

What Were Looking For:

  • A confident, motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ambition to progress into management
  • Comfortable with a target-driven role and eager to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
  • A proactive, positive attitude, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
  • No prior experience required; however, experience in sales, customer service, or retail is beneficial
