Description
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Technology Department
- Ensure alignment between technology capabilities and organisational objectives
- Oversee the development and maintenance of technology systems
- Manage technology budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the public sector
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technology team

Profile
A successful Head of Digital & Technology should have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology department
- Strong knowledge of digital technology and systems
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- An understanding of the public sector / not-for-profit / charity sectors
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £63,000 to £77,000 GBP
