The Role:
As a Technology Business Partner, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for operational transformation and leading the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring successful delivery of digital initiatives.
- Identify and analyse opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and client service.
- Conduct business analysis to map current workflows, define future-state processes, and recommend technology solutions.
- Manage technology change projects from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver high-impact digital initiatives.
- Work with IT developers and vendors to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Communicate project updates and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in business analysis, IT business partnering, or technology-driven change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and their practical application in business environments.
- Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about emerging technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate).
- Business process improvement knowledge (Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or project management methodologies.
- Experience in professional services (legal, finance, consulting) is a plus.
