Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for improving the lives of young people? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee multiple children’s residential homes, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee multiple children’s homes, ensuring they meet Ofsted regulations
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
  • Drive service improvements while maintaining high standards of care
  • Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and workforce efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in residential childcare, working with young people with complex needs
  • Leadership experience, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding best practices
  • Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and compliance
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
