Job Title:Nursery Assistant

Pay Rate: £95 per day
A friendly school in Manchester is looking for a caring and reliable Nursery Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting early years' education for children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for them to learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and delivery of activities that support the development of children aged 0-5 years
- Provide personal care for children, including helping with feeding, nappy changing, and general hygiene needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional and social development
- Help maintain a clean and safe learning environment, ensuring that all areas are child-friendly and well-organised
- Support children with a variety of needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to ensuring children's well-being
