A well established and popular nursery based in the heart of Didsbury are working exclusively with Reed Education Manchester. This outstanding Nursery are looking to recruit a new Manager to work alongside the existing management team that work across two sites. The nursery is at maximum capacity with an extensive waiting list and has a wonderful reputation across the local community. They currently have 50 staff members across both sites ranging from apprentices, Level 2, level 3 , Level 4 & Level 5 as well as several EYFS teachers. The Nursery Ethos is heavily based around Forrest skills and outdoor learning.

Main responsibilities: To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years. To manage the day to day activities of the setting. To ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others.

You will also be there to work alongside the current management team covering annual leave and other absences whilst helping to develop and train current staff.

The ideal candidate must hold a Minimum Level 3 in Childcare and have a passion for working with children. This would ideally suit a current Nursery Manager or a Deputy manager wanting to take the next step in their career.

The role is full time Monday to Friday and offers 20 days holiday plus all Bank holidays as well as free training all year round.
