Your new companyYour new company are a leading international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, leading the Net Zero 2050 charge. Their Decommissioning and Waste Services team, working across the Nuclear & Power sectors, are recognised globally for collaboratively tackling varied engineering and nuclear challenges.Your new roleAs a Civil Structural Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of varied design and engineering packages of work for key nuclear clients. You will be contributing to multidisciplinary design delivery, which means integrating with fellow disciplines as well as mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.What you'll need to succeed

  • Good civil structural design experience within a consultancy environment, ideally with nuclear/highly-regulated project experience but that isn't a requirement
  • You should be an excellent team player, capable of effectively collaborating with team members, other disciplines and clients
  • Engineering design and substantiation, backed up by first principal analysis and knowledge of UK and International design codes
  • Ideally, working towards Incorporated or Chartered status with the ICE or IStructE
