EPOS Support Engineer / Trainer
Location: Bolton | Salary: £26,000 + Excellent Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-class technical support, troubleshooting installation issues, and assisting customers during the go-live phase.
- Conduct online and on-site training sessions across the UK, tailoring plans to meet specific client needs.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to aid customer operations and internal processes.
- Schedule and implement software upgrades for clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance service quality and resolve issues efficiently.
What Experience is Required
- A strong background in technical support, ideally within EPOS or similar environments.
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (10, 11, Server OS), Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of MS SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver training effectively.

Location
The office is based in Bolton and is easily commutable from Manchester, Bury, Wigan, Chorley, and Blackburn.
