Graduate Building Physics Engineer#

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West's largest multidisciplined building services consultancy who take on numerous high-profile projects within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an ambitious Graduate Building Physics Engineer to join their sustainability team based in Denton.

A Graduate Building Physics Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Being trained in IES software to carry out Part L and Part O assessments and calculations
  • Start to carryout sustainability strategies and reports for clients' projects
  • Produce design submissions for BREEAM requirements
  • Produce Low Carbon technology reports and EPCs for commercial projects

The ideal Graduate Building Physics Engineer:

  • Masters in within a sustainability, energy, architectural, or engineering field
  • Have knowledge or experience with IES software
  • Strong passion and understanding for the built environment
  • Experience within a relevant role would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
