About the role of a Mechanical Project Manager
You will act as main point of liaison with the principal contractor, attend all programme, design & progress meetings, mange subcontractors, health and safety and oversee quality & delivery.
Based in the Manchester area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.
The company are growing rapidly and have a large forward order book of leading construction projects with an opportunity to progress over the next couple of years.
Experience/Qualifications for a Mechanical Project Manager
- Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders and site installation teams to build and maintain relationships.
- Manage site health and safety to mitigate risk to personnel and business.
- Preparing customer and internal reports.
- Managing sub-contractors to deliver requirements on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with in-house teams and subcontractors, including builders, fibre specialists, and smart technology teams.
- Oversee and manage M&E projects from inception to completion.

- Salary up to 55,000 - 65,000 (experience dependent)
