Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction.
- Planning project resources and finances, and monitoring job financial performance.
- Managing technical staff, including planning team workload, mentoring junior team members, and assisting where needed.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
- Applying customer focus to contribute to the work-winning team and secure project pipelines.
Job Requirements:
- Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a proven track record in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage).
- Experience in successful multidisciplinary project delivery, demonstrating team management and motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement in work.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage.
- Membership of a relevant professional institution.
