Location: Manchester
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + vehicle, fuel card, enhanced maternity & paternity pay, life assurance, private pension and 23 days holiday (exc. Statutory days)

About Us

We are one of the UK's largest providers of Water Hygiene, Water Treatment and Legionella Control and have been established for over 20 years.

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you'll report to the Field Manager daily, visiting clients' sites and acting as the face of the company. Your key duties will ensure systems remain compliant while fostering strong relationships with clients. Working alongside a supportive team, you will provide excellent customer service while performing the following responsibilities:

  • Water sampling and temperature monitoring
  • Descaling shower heads and hoses
  • TMV servicing
  • Tank cleans and inspections
  • Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of cooling towers
  • Endoscopic inspections of calorifiers
  • Mains injection pipework chlorination
  • Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Technical service experience (e.g. closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower checks, water treatment for boilers)
  • Plumbing and water treatment remedial skills
  • Acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers

We're looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in delivering quality work and service
  • Has good computer skills and a positive attitude
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
